Giulia D’Anna comes with unique and diverse qualifications, she graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1996 as a dentist, and completed the Membership of the Royal Australasian College of Dental surgeons (MRACDS) in 2009. She has also graduated from the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS) as a dermal therapist.

Within her practice, Giulia now runs two businesses; iDental and Dermal Distinction. Her roles within these businesses include director, principal dentist, advanced cosmetic injector and dermal skin therapist. She was the first dentist in Australia to pass through both Dental School and also achieve a qualification in Cosmetic Dermal Science.

Giulia’s business life is busy, but she loves her ever-evolving role both as a dental practitioner, as well as a skin industry innovator. She is also acknowledged in the skin industry for her educational blogs and articles which have featured in several professional as well as consumer publications. Giulia is the editor of the professional skin publication, the Aesthetics Practitioners Journal (APJ).

Giulia is the head dental educator and cosmetic trainer for the Aesthetics and Skin Institute. She has been educating and mentoring dentists and medical practitioners in the area of non-surgical cosmetic treatments for more than 5 years. Giulia loves the uniqueness of her practicing life, where she blends traditional dental health, with the non-surgical treatment of the smile aesthetic and facial zones.
