Join Dr Sandra Hulac – Clinical Instructor at the Kois Center in Seattle and Accredited Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry – as she shares her approach to planning and executing full mouth rehabilitations. Drawing on the principles taught by Dr John Kois, Dr Hulac will guide you through designing predictable, testable treatment plans using full mouth injection moulding to “road-test” occlusions over time, immediately stabilizing breaking down dentitions and allowing patients segment final treatment. The hands-on component of the course, limited to 20 participants, utilises upper and lower typodonts based on an actual full-mouth rehabilitation case treated by Dr Hulac. This provides a realistic, practice-oriented experience that closely replicates clinical conditions. Participants will retain the typodonts after the course for continued practice and reference. 
Course Synopsis: Managing patients who require extensive dental treatment can be daunting. These complex cases not only demand detailed, systematic planning but also pose the challenge of predicting how a newly designed occlusion will function over time. Adding to the pressure, financial and scheduling constraints often prevent patients from committing to full treatment—putting their oral health at further risk. 
NATURE OF THE COURSE: DAY 1: (THERE IS AN OPTION TO ATTEND LECTURE ONLY) AM Lectures • Introduction into treatment planning protocols developed by Dr Jonh Kois: Data Collection, Risk Assessment, Risk Reduction Dentistry • Introduction into occlusal concepts taught by Dr. John Kois: Recognise and diagnose occlusal risk, Therapeutic Occlusion: The 3 Ps, Centric Registration (Leaf Gage or Kois Deprogrammer) PM Lectures • The Material and Scientific Data • Matrix Fabrication • Case Workflow • Case Examples and Survival • Transitioning of Cases • Beginner Cases/Advanced Cases DAY 2: Workshop • Injection moulding Teeth 16-26 and 36-46 • Clean Up and Rough Polish DAY 3: Workshop • Occlusal Adjustment of typodonts • Cut back, Staining and Over injection 12-22 • Treatment of dark teeth • Texture and Fine Polish
