Dr Andrew Cheng is a leading clinician in dental implants, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry – with a special focus in full-arch implant rehabilitations (All-on-X). Andrew has trained globally across four continents, from advanced training at the world-renowned Kois Center in Seattle (USA), followed by a three-year intensive post-graduate residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics (EODO) – where he graduated DUX of his class. His passion for surgical excellence then led him to pursue post-graduate studies in dental and oral implantology through the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology (UK), all whilst travelling to train under leading international specialists from Colombia, the USA, to Portugal and Brazil – in advanced surgical techniques.

For more than a decade now, Andrew’s passion has led him to focus exclusively on dental implant surgery – from replacing a single missing tooth to full arch implants (All-on-X), using advanced techniques such as remote anchorage implants (pterygoid, trans-nasal, zygomatic implants), along with complex bone and soft tissue grafting to ensure strong, stable, long-lasting results. His practice is now exclusively geared towards these cosmetic and implant rehabilitations in a private practice in Brighton, Melbourne.
