Prof Patrick Tseng has been a Periodontist in private practice for 30 years. He also teaches the post graduate
students as a Senior Clinical lecturer at Sydney University . He is an examiner for the RACDS in the
Specialist Stream (Periodontics), an examiner for the Diploma of Oral implants , for the Doctor of
Clinical Dentistry program in Periodontics at Sydney University. He started placing dental implants in

1994. He was the first Periodontist to present the use of CT graft in implant treatment at the
      Inaugural Australasian Osseointegration Society meeting in Sydney in 1997. He received further
      surgical implant training at the Branemark clinic in Sweden in 1998, and at the University of Berne in
1995. His interests include the long term outcome of implant treatment and periodontal treatment,
      surgical treatment of peri-implantitis and tunnelling for grafting procedures. He has run a number of
      implant workshops since 2000 locally and overseas. He has given over 100 presentations on
      Periodontics and Implant related topics in Australia and overseas.
      He has been involved with the Periodontics undergraduate training program at the International
      University in Cambodia as a Lecturer and subsequently Guest Professor since 2012. He is now the
      Director of the Diploma of Dental Implant program at the University of Puthisastra in Cambodia
