PERIO-PROSTHO COURSE: From Basics to Complex FP1

Day 1 – Perioplastic surgery around implants and pontic sites
- Biology and basic principles of mucogingival surgery
- Peri-implant complex and biologic width
- Reverse planning and prosthetic guided implant surgery
- Immediate implants: when and how?
- Soft tissue grafting techniques around implants and pontic sites
- Digital tools in modern Implantology
Hands-on session: surgical techniques on perio-plastic procedures
- Connective tissue harvesting techniques
- Tunneling procedures (VISTA approach, palatal sliding flap, rotated pedicled flap)
- Modified coronal advancing flaps
- “Platform” technique concepts
- Managing tension-free flaps for regenerative procedures
Day 2 – FP1 approach in full mouth implant rehabilitations
- Fundamentals behind the philosophy
- Lab communication and multifunctional guide design
- Immediate loading and provisionalization in FP1 full arch
- Prosthetic guided soft tissue healing concept
- Second stage approaches
- From provisionals to the definitive bridge
Prosthetic soft tissue management
- Provisionalization in Implant Dentistry
- Emergence profiles shaping in implants and pontic sites
- Digital prosthetic workflow
Day 3
- Hands-on demo: prosthetic management of emergence profiles in provisionalization
Resolution of peri-implant aesthetic complications
Prevention of soft tissue recessions around implants
- Diagnosis and interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Pre-surgical prosthetic preparation
- Surgical approaches on soft tissue dehiscences around implants
